  2. On Landing on the Page, Press Ctrl + F

    Because the list is very long, you'll have a tough time locating your device in the list and that's if it is listed. However, to quicky locate your device from the long list, simply click Ctrl + F. A small box should pop up.


  3. Enter your Chromebook Model in the Box

    Now, simply type-in your Chromebook model in the small box that popped up. If your device name is found, it means you should have access to the Google Play Store on your Chromebook.



Now, if you don’t know the model name of your device or don’t want to search through the Chromium website, you can quickly check for Android apps support in the settings of your Chromebook. The steps that follow below here explains how to do that.


How to check if your Chromebook can run Android apps from the Chromebook settings

  1. Turn "On" your Chromebook

    If your Chromebook is turned OFF or in sleep mode, turn your Chromebook on and log in.


  2. Click on the Status Bar

    You can locate the Status Bar of your Chromebook in the bottom-right corner of the Chromebook's user interface. Once it is located, simply click on it.


  3. Click on Settings

    Clicking on the Status Bar should display a bunch of icons and shortcuts, locate the settings cog and click on it.


  4. Sellect Apps

    Under settings, you should see Apps. From there, click on Apps.


    NOTE:

    If your Chromebook supports the Google Play Store, from here, you will see a Google Play Store option. This means you can run Android apps on your Chromebook.
